www.Regenedyne.com Demo CGI for proposed 2GW Magnetic Leviatated wind Turbine. *Efficient Frictionless Power Generation with less maintenance, compared to HAWT. No oil change or replacement of the bearings, gears. Since, MAGLEV does NOT require such. ** Current bearing technology has forced wind turbine designers into horizontal spindle three bladed wind turbines. In this design the huge blades are connected to a spindle in the center. The bearings that support the spindle and control the pitch of the blades (which can be hundreds of feet long) see huge pitch-moment loading, some of which is manifest as torque energy that is focused through the center spindle. The target speed for the spindle is 18 or 20 rpm and the bearings holding the spindle are mounted in a huge casting which also contains a large gearbox stepping the speed up to 1800 to 2000 RPMs which allows for the proper surface speed relationship between the coils and magnets. It is necessary to invert or condition the current, which is expensive. This gearbox is full of many large bearings, gears and castings; for a 2 MW turbine the gearbox can easily weigh 30 tons. This gearbox needs to be mounted on the top of a pole more than 150 feet in the air and be able to support the turbine blades under full-force wind conditions. ***MAGLEV Power Generation, the pitch moment ratio is closer to 1-to-1 then the 100-to-1 as with a horizontal spindle design.

Put solar panels on the three outer sails, too. That’ll make it even better.

@despinapjr I’m having trouble with the website owner asking 11$ for the blueprints… Free energy blueprint should be given away for FREE
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
has it bin tested in full scale? how much noise does it cause?

Alright… when do we see one actually generating power?

Free Energy is real and its here! The Oil companies r doing everything they can to stop this
information. If you want a Free energy magnet motor , get the blueprints at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM , Join the
revolution!

This typifys why there is still a glacial paced shift to bigger,better and cleaner modes of mainstream electrical power production.the concept nicely depicted I might add would make sense to a grade schooler. whats there to question why the hell is’nt one of these marvels already under construction.I’ll tell you why it’s got to do with those who dominate the ruling class the ones bought and payed for by the lobbyists that represent the oil,natural gas,coal and nuclear dictators.I hate them all..

The modern Stonehenge at 1:30.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
This concept needs to be tested in a simulator.
I think the 120 degrees wind deflector to channel the wind would work as opposite force and would stop or slow down the turbine.
I think the channeled wind should be offset the right side of the turbine where it catches in the blade at best momentum.
What do you think?

What’s the latest news on this? I’ve been trying to search for something but couldn’t come up with any results…
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
It’s about time! How about crystal research. Cold Fusion works too! Phase out oil, coal, filthy energy sources, replace with clean energy systems so our legacy is not a trashed planet. Lets continue with ideas that support out children over the long term. Greed and stupidity has ruled long enough!
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
sv2112 ofcourse, frictionless means that you wouldn’t need to worry about your potential energy being wasted by friction.

@vancouverbluz
Also can not ignore the fact that there are stored energy created with Friction Free rotation. Thx for the comments from fellow “inventor of an energy efficient device”.

@systemaddictshock,
We have been working on this project since the early 90′s and currently looking over few proposed BLM sites for Power Generation.

@pakau, Thx for the comments, however, I would like to think that Future is here Now.

@systemaddictshock
the problem is .. you cannot emplement this from day to night because u risk the world to become money free.. or abundant…
they dont have a chance.. it will happen in the future.. but they want it all till the last drop.. so . when there is no other chance you will see the entire world becoming worldwide peacefully.
you see.. energy is not only energey it will change howr social structure.. and governmants cannot risk theyr status.. but they dont have chance it will hapen

I agree, i especially like the idea of using the momentum of such a large structure to contain the potential energy of the wind. And the fact that it’s friction free superconducting is genius! I’m also an inventor of an energy efficient device so i know. thanks.

@vancouverbluz
This is the future I dreamed about. the technology is here to build it, So what is taking so long to implement this technology. Combining Wind, Solar, and tidal, there should be no excuse to harness the energy that is provided naturally. One of these days we may harness the power inside a beam of light.

Wow great design.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
Right on, and using rare earth magnets, they are much stronger than the ones most people are used to seeing from places like Radio Shack. They have deeper fields of magnetism as well, and generate more power with less effort. This is a hugely scaled up version of a concept that I’m working on to power my house and shop, low/no friction or load on the rotor shaft, so minimal force is required to turn it at a constant speed to get 3 phase 220v at 200 amperes out of the generator, 30kw min I hope.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
I am intrigued by this concept. Is there a demonstration model working somewhere that can validate the claims made here?
If so, this concept could do much to overcome the growing resistance to having landscapes dominated by the current generation of wind turbines, which as nice as they are, are not very efficient in use of available wind energy.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
They use Premanent magnets, not electromagnets. Permanent magnets should last around 200 years, lol.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
yeah its cool.. but what about ALL THOSE ELECTROMAGNETS.. I’m sure they aren’t cheep.. and they prob need replacing often. This type of wind turbine is NOT self sufficient.
March 3, 2011 at 12:59 pm
Sorry about that XD
I guess I just thought it was cool, maybe a little too much huh….
